Granada / La Gran Francia

After check-in at Hotel La Gran Francia, you’ll be welcomed with a cocktail. At the designated time, you’ll be off on a traditional horse carriage tour of the main attractions of the Colonial City of Granada. This tour will introduce you to all the most important sites: San Francisco Convent; Sandino Park; Granada’s Old Hospital; La Pólvora Fortress; Xalteva Park; La Merced Church and Granada’s Malecón.

After the horse carriage tour, you will be taken to the Lake Granada, Central America's largest lake and home to 365 small islands called isletas. From there, you will board a boat and enjoy all the magnificent flora and fauna of the area, as well as spectacular views of Mombacho Volcano.

After the boat tour, you will be transported back to Hotel La Gran Francia, where you will have dinner and spend the night. You’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy the city on your own or book a mini tour with us. Breakfast is included with your stay and check-out is at 12pm.
